Pricing depends on the number of windows, the number of stories, and any add-ons like screens, tracks, or hard-water restoration. Most residential homes range from about $150 to $300. Every quote is free — call us or use the form and we'll give you an honest, no-pressure estimate.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Clear Care is fully licensed and insured. We're happy to share our certificate of insurance on request.
How long does a typical job take?
A standard single-story home with interior and exterior cleaning usually takes 1.5–3 hours. Larger homes, hard-water restoration, or commercial properties may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when we quote.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior-only service. For interior work we'll just need access — most customers leave a key or garage code, or schedule a time when they're home.
What's your service area?
We serve Scottsdale, AZ and the greater Phoenix metro. If you're nearby but outside that area, call us — we may still be able to help.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedules for both homes and businesses. Most residential customers book quarterly.
How do I reschedule?
